Vendor Information
1. DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN CLEARED TO DO SO. Vendor opportunities are not guaranteed. You will be contacted after the application is received. Payment options will be given after approval.
2. Complete the online form above. You may also download the vendor application (.pdf) here. Return the completed vendor application to the Newark Symphony Hall Box Office (1030 Broad Street, Newark, NJ) or e-mail [email protected] attn: #linedanceatNSH Vendor.
3. All vendors must call our Operations Manager upon arrival.
4. It is important that you set up and breakdown at the specified times. Vendors that arrive after the specified time will forfeit their vending space and the vendor fee.
5. Space is first come, first serve. One 6-foot rectangular table and two chairs will be provided.
6. Vending will take place before and during this event.
